1. What you pay for
Musicians subscribe to FirstListen Artist, a monthly subscription bought
through the App Store or Google Play. Industry professionals use FirstListen
free. There is no other in-app purchase.
2. Who processes refunds
Every purchase is made through the App Store or Google Play, and those stores
process every refund themselves under their own terms. We cannot issue,
reverse or expedite a store refund on your behalf.
3. Asking Apple
Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple ID used for the
purchase.
4. Asking Google
Open Google Play, then Menu > Subscriptions, or visit
play.google.com/store/account.
5. Talk to us anyway
If something went wrong, tell us at support@firstlisten.live. We cannot move a
store refund along, but we would rather know.
